The company were excellent organisers, they were polite, helpful efficient and got us up to the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower within 15 minutes by pre organising it with the lift operators whilst the general public took two and a half hours to get there, the meal and service was very good, they even organised for my wife to have a veggy meal, there was wine and water on the tables and we were served right away. The cruise was very good, and again the tour operator ensured we were given priority, the commentary was very informative and everything well organised, and finally the Moulin Rouge was extremely entertaining and well worth the visit where chanpagne was brought to the tables and the show lasred a good hour and a half and was varied including visual comedy and acrobatics, after the show there was 5 coaches waityng with couriers ready to transport everyone back to their hotel. I can recommend them to the highest level, everything and everyone from my initial booking to the final result was brilliant. I will definitely use Viator again to arrange trips abroad.

I have only rated this a 3 star simply because the driver had to do pickups prior to us so we waited 30 minutes to be picked up and then was driving around for 15 minutes looking for someone else who was not there waiting. But after that it was fine and we were dropped off right outside the hotel and helped with our luggage. So the delayed departure from the airport was the only problem. The savings from not using a taxi was about 20 euros.
