Most enjoyable and informative tour. Our guide was excellent and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were made very welcome at all the venues she took us to, which were very well chosen; not "tourist trap" shops. We met people who clearly knew about food and their products and were delighted to pass the knowledge on. A great way to start a Florence trip, as helpful for orientation.
