Was very disorganised there were so many people at the pick up point and also so many tour buses. We had to talk to about 3 very rude people and finally found the bus after we got in there was no acknowledgement from the driver we did not know what was happening but he was very busy carrying on a conversation with two ladies about balck people and their rights etc. We went to a stretch of offices and it was only then he said that we have to go in and pay to the office and have some refreshments. Payment was very efficient and quick and there after we were requested to stand in 2 lines and was taken to the buses. Once in the bus the driver Manuel went on and on in a very monotonous tone about some places on the wayside. Thereafter it was like going on a school trip don't do this don't do that if you are late we will leave you and go you have to pay upfrom $250 each to return to LV. Don't balme me my office gives me instructions etc. The weather was up and down but there was a very calm and good period in between We had flown all the way from New Zealand and was very disspointed when the helcopter and boat ride was cancelled, specially as other helicopters were flying. When we asked for an explanation from a woamn ground staff we got a very rude our helicopters will not fly. All the time we were told its your fault is you are unable to do this or that. In future I would pay more for a smaller more intimate group rather than be herded around like cattle

It was just the bus ride to San Diego so nothing much to say about. Went to San Diego many many years ago but this trip found it very dissapointing. Everything was so commercialised. We went on the tour to see behind the scenes with the animals it was good. Was not sure about having lunch with Shamu as I personally had no idea what it was, but saw a video on the shamu show and was dissapointed that we did not do that activity. If you go on a tour etc then you have to sacrifice seeing some of the shows. like we missed the Dolphin show. All in all it was Ok the driver took us in and told us exactly where he would be parked also gave us the time to return all good there.
