hassle free, turned up bang on time. went on some ropey roads to airport but got their safe and sound and in plenty of time. much cheaper than a taxi and gets you their just the same. well recomended

They give you a huge long ticket which is silly, but tours, bus and tour guide all excellent and at a good price. Pity bus didn't have any heating but should have worn more clothes.

bang on time, Randy the guide was a star and even though the elevators were broken he still added a few suprises which made the trip fantastic

$15 process fee is just a rip off, as is the dvd they try very hard to sell you. lots of faffing about at the check in place with a couple of no it all nerds but the actual helicopter trip and pilot were superb.
