This was an extremely well organized and fun adventure. Spending an afternoon in the beautiful Roman countryside was a refreshing and welcome change, after having spent 10 full days in central Rome. Everything went like clockwork. Tiffany, our guide, was knowledgeable not only about wine but also about the history of the area and the vineyard. The tour of the wine making facility was great, but the highlight was definitely the wine tasting. We were given copious amounts of four delicious wines: one white, two reds and one dessert wine. Tiffany translated information from our Italian wine expert at the tasting. Since this was a small group tour, we were able to ask questions and (thanks to the wine) were also able to temporarily bond as a group. We would highly recommend this tour for wine lovers and for anyone wanting an afternoon away from churches, museums and the traffic of Rome. Make sure you know exactly where to meet the tour bus as the meeting place, although at a Metro stop, is somewhat distant from the center of Rome. This is a 5***** tour1
