It was terrible we rang were told to wait at exit 10, (did not exist) we rang again and she finally realised we were at Orly told to go to D, no person there we then went inside and lady a enquiry desk made phone calls they kept hanging up on her it took 1 1/2 for shuttle to arrive not impressed
