I was expecting for someone to meet us with our name on a sign, but this didn't happen. After some searching I found our transport outside the arrival hall. The driver was courteous and took us to our apartment without any problems.

Rather disappointing; unless you manage to get a seat on the upper deck, the trip is a waste of time, as you can't see a thing from the inside of the bus.
