When we found out this was pretty much a duplicate route as the Sound of Music Tour we were able to take a different tour for the same price at the same time. Not a problem, but people should be aware of this.

Very worthwhile- took advantage of admissions to museums, cable car ride and public transportation with card- definitely worth it.

We found we were able to walk to a number of destinations and since we purchased a three day subway pass we felt the Munich city pass not all that beneficial to us. We did, however, enjoy the tour around the city with the pass.

We were disappointed to find out it was via public transportation to get to Dachau. The tour itself was very informative, however, since we had purchased a three day subway pass our transportation was already covered and we could have done a 2.5 hour tour once there for $3 euros pp.
