Glad I booked this trip! The bus was an excellent transportation option, given that Venlo was 2+ hours from Amsterdam. Another bonus was being able to bypass the ticket purchase lineups. Our guide Charles, excorted us through to the gates and stepped in to help when the barcode on my ticket wouldn't scan properly. He was a helpful and entertaining guide. Also appreciated his linsights into the local gastronomy and economy as he himself is from Venlo. I was initiatly concerned that five hours wouldn't be enough time to cover this huge event (I'm an avid gardener.) The timing was actually fine. I was relieved to board the bus at the end of this very warm day and enjoy a comfortable air-conditioned drive back to the city.
