The automated guide is very informative and good, but the double decker bus's wifi was not working and it should have been. Then the boat tour is nice. It's called Under the Bridges, and the views are beautiful, but the automated guide was pretty much the same stories as what was heard on the bus.
For a small city, it shows you all the highlights. The hotel pickup was flawless and the Finns are so nice. The guide answered questions well, and you get to go off the bus a couple times to see things. Overall, it's a great deal and wifi on bus was great! Do it as a first step in helsinki. Kiitos!
I thought overall it went quite smoothly, but they changed the itinerary before departure and we stopped at the US Army memorial somewhere along the way, which is not much to look at and is falling apart. And then they decided to take a longer picturesque road into Luxembourg because some passengers didn't have their passports, so it cut into time in the town. Overall, you get a good brief tour of the whole thing, but you may have to do what I did, and that is to leave the group for about 45 minutes and go around walking on your own. I went to the Vauban Museum to see some art on my own.
