The tour was great. Johan, our driver knew everything and was able to answer questions not related to the tour. He took us to an out of the way place to eat that had better food than our resort. The snorkeling area was crowded but OK.

Service from airport to resort was great, easy to hook up and a nice ride.
Service from resort to airport was ROTTEN. Bus drove by our resort, we waited until 10:45 for a 10:00 pickup in case there was another bus. Cost me another $25 out of pocket for a private Taxi. Rotten service. Our pickup had been confirmed and scheduled 24 hours in advance.
