Driver was right on time. Make sure you clarify with the driver which terminal you are leaving from as they don't speak much english. We were dropped at the wrong terminal and had to get a cab to the right one which cost us an extra 500RUB. It's probably just as easy to get a your hotel to call a taxi...it's cheaper and no problem at all.

If you wish to be surrounded by busloads of Asian and American tourists...go for it. The show itself was great but absolutely make sure you eat before you go as the "buffet dinner" is only canapes served with champagne. Definately not what we expected and way to expensive for what you get.

Great tour with our fantastic guide Okchana. Would suggest to only do Catherine Palace. The other people on our tour stayed at Catherine Palace while we went on to the Pushkin. Would have preferred to walk around the gardens for the extra hour. Otherwise a good tour.

A really enjoyable tour with a great guide. Pick up from hotel right on time however tour didn't go for the 5hrs which was stated. It also includes travel time. We only had 2 hrs at the location and we were a little rushed. Very disappointed that we didn't organise this on our own which is very easy to do. Suggest catching a boat and staying for as long as necessary to see everything.

It took us 1 hour to pass through passport control due to the long lines. Our pickup was easy to spot however angry that we were 'late'. Driver did not speak english. Otherwise - convenient.
