An excellent presentation with an excellent bus escort. Highly recommended for travellers to Hawaii who have not been to a luau.

A map of the Universal Studio parking facility would of been helpful, otherwise this is a must-have for taking a vehicle to this site.

One reception staff was totally rude upon our arrival and made the start of the tour confusing. This was due to unforseen incidents that occurred in San Francisco in the early hours. Once aboard the bus the tour was great.

Not what we expected. There could of been more to this tour. The bus escort was knowledgeable however it was regurgitated in the factory tour - same old stories etc.

Excellent way of seeing Boston. The driver was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. The only critisism is the boarding location (difficult to find without proper instructions) and waiting time.

Excellent tour. Lots of information to take in. We suggest a little booklet describing up-to-date information regarding each location and incidents.

The only way to ascend the ESB. It was a crowded day when we used this ticket. Instead of an two to three hour waiting line and visit, the pass allowed us to reach the top within ten minutes.

A very knowledgeable n(and local) tour guide. It was pity the weather was inclement. Could oincluded the 9/11 Memorial visit instead of viewing from a walkbridge.
