Excellent day and we were lucky enough to have Ralph as our driver and guide. He was extremely knowledgable and informative and pleasant! Bottled water was available during the tour and sufficient restroom stops.Some passengers could not part with their mobile phones which was a shame but may be worth company banning them from trips!Our group highly rated this trip.

Our group enjoyed the day although lengthy which was expected.We felt too much time was taken up with collection/transit site/transfer to coaches although we did get dropped off @our hotels on return. Good to be able to take advantage of last minute helicopter ride on the South Rim which is a wonderful sight and certainly worth the long journey.A snack and drink is offered whilst in the terminus am following that you are relying on a McDonalds not being busy !
