Check-in perfect, security top, friendly and compentent staff, good and cheerful pilot (andrew). helicopter on our flight (15min) a bit small (Bell Ranger), but views spectacular, turned round at Central Park. All in all would do it again and can highlyy recommend it.

Pick-up and waiting time ok, drive time a bit long as we were the last to be dropped at the Paramount hotel. Driver not very friendly and non communicative. However the value-for-money factor is great. So can be recommended
