Make sure you confirm time the day before. The point of contact travel agent had us down for a pm pick up when we had an am pick up. Thank God we called. Well actually we had the concierge call because the agency reps only spoke spanish. Our hotel had a line of taxis out front so you may want to check first before booking this one.

Fantastic! Segway is great way to see the city. Nico was phenomenal and patient. With the heat, riding the segway provided a cool breeze. The 1.5 hour tour was fine for us as it is like standing for 1.5 hours. This is definitely a must do if you are able.

Trip itself was great. Bus was on time both ways and had air conditioning. The tour guide was pleasant. My only caution is to check the departure times from the point of contact travel agency as they didn't match the voucher. Not a problem for us but others were complaining on ride back because they had to wait 2 hours and lost shopping time. The shops were nice with plenty of small sizes. If you are a size 10 or larger make sure to ask salesman as it's probably in the back.

What a nightmare! Hop on off bus tour was great once we got on. It took over an hour getting various approvals for the bus driver to let us on the bus and the major run around to get the aquarium tickets. If you don't speak fluent spanish - forget about it. The point of contact travel agency spoke no english. We called viator and got answering machine saying call back. Since we already spent the money we jumped thru all the hoops but would not recommend this trip. It would have been easier to get both tickets from the hotel. I would suggest getting the aquarium tickets before arriving to location as there was a long line to purchase entry tickets.

Beautiful. Tour guide knowledgeable but had to repeat same information in 3 different languages. By the time he told us about a particular site depending on language the bus had already drove by. Would be best to have simultaneous tape for all. The location, view and scenery is a must do in Barcelona.

Initial location address and directions is horrible. With all previous complaints it would seem the vendor would change start bar to a more common area like Las Ramblas since it is on tour route. The evening was nice with guidance on ordering tapas and Nico the guide was good.

Phenomenal. On time, bus air conditioned and tour guide extremely knowledgeable. Although surprised the guide was openly anti-Spain and pro Catalunya. I guess people are divided everywhere. Wonderful way to see highlights of the city with an informed guide in a small group setting. We were lucky in that we all spoke the same language which made the tour move along more quickly.

Great way to see highlights of City. The voucher was not honored for 24 hours advertised on Viator website. You get the rest of the same day no matter what time pick up voucher. Lots of buses so very easy to get around. Get earplugs when get on in order to hear tour in your native language. We got on the 1st day which was extremely beneficial in getting our bearings.

2nd review submission. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The driver was over 1 hour late. The point of contact travel agency had no idea where he was. Upon arrival the driver was attempting to help others who had not been picked up. In short, there are numerous taxis lined up to get a fare - take a taxi.
