Excellant, driver was on time, spoke English and new the area and had short cuts go get around stopped traffic on the highway. Very impressed and would definetly use again when in the area.

Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the venue and shared his knowledge willingly. The lunch was acceptable but could have been better.

Lots of driving but not a lot of sightseeing. The Effiel tower timing should be set to see the lights flash on the hour. Moulin Rouge show is good but seating sucks and you are crammed in really uncomfortable seats. Would not repeat this tour! It is not worth the cost but the bucket list requires you to do it once.

Excellant value, the metro tickets alone are worth the price, and skipping the ticket lines at most locations since you already have your tickets really helps maximize your limited vacation time. For the first time visitor to Paris this is a great guide and assists with planning your days. The only pain is getting to Hard Rock to pick them up, it would be nice to be able to have additional locations within the city to redeem the Viator voucher.

This is the better bus line if you want to see other sights in Paris other than the top 8 attractions or so that the red bus services. However, the red bus is included with the Paris pass..so weight the options.

The phones in baggage claim could be better marked for calling the company. For the Delta area they are on the far wall. The driver once called met us at door 8
