Great job. Our tour guide, Mike was American so he was easy to understand and he was very knowledgeable about the vatican and it's art. He was an excellent tour guide.

I, unfortunately, cannot remember our tour guide's name. She was a young Italian woman who was very personable and knowledgeable. An excellent tour guide all the way around. The tour itself was excellent also. It touched all the important sites and after visiting the area, particularly the Colosseum, twice before without a guide, it was great to have all of the information she gave us. Be prepared to walk on uneven ground and bring water but I would highly recommend this tour to anyone asking.

I guess I expected more. It was a holiday so the stops were changed which caused longer walks (they do provide this information so we knew in advance) but, still, we drove past the same areas two and 3 times between stops in more than one instance, not sure why we kept circling. We ended up only taking two legs and walked a lot instead. On the first leg, none of us could get our headphones working. No instruction was given either. On the second leg, I got mine working and the narration seemed to be quite good. I think this would be good on a day with normal stops if you are careful to make sure the headphone jacks work. We were on the upper deck and maybe they don't stand up to the weather as well up there. For us, only taking two legs, it didn't provide its value.
