Very informative guide!

A real 'taste' f Hawaii! Fabulous!

The views are what you think of when you think about Hawaii. Great picture opportunities, you get to visit several beaches, and are able to get the local scoop on places to visit for a more authentic experience of Hawaii with the locals.

The military sites themselves were humbling and I would recommend for EVERYONE to visit them. However, the tour guide I had did not guide us through the USS Missouri; he gave us much information about many parts of the ship and then told us to go view them all at once instead of individually. I wished I had the military personal lead my tour of the battle ship Missouri. Actually, I wished I rented a car and went to see it on my own at my own pace. Most sites are free and you are mainly paying for the gas to drive you around; you spend most of your time picking up and dropping off people than time at the sites.

Very disappointing. Did not get to see any lava considering the volcano was active and the cost of the tour so high. In addition, the tour guide would not give us a break; he kept talking excessively and wanting us to sing--not giving us much any time to just enjoy the view, take a rest (long day approx. 16 hours), or to get to know the people around you. Again, much time was spent picking up and dropping off people or waiting for so many people to get on and off the bus at each site. Try to find a tour with smaller groups.
