Both the morning excursion and the afternoon were so good. Dan was excellent in giving us information about Brussels and made sure everyone was accounted for. In the afternoon we had guide and he was wonderful as well. I wish I could remember his name but both of these guys provided a lot of information and history on the places we went too.

While this is definitely worth doing, make sure of who your tour guide is. We had a French lady who paid more attention to the European tourists and little attention to us English speaking. She did little to provide information on where we were going and seeing. I talked with the Manager of the travel agency and he assured us our next excursions would have been guides and they did. I still would reccomend the trips just see if you can find out who your guide will be.

This trip was broken up into 2 different excursions. The windmill portion had way too people on the excursion. It made it very hard for our tour guide to keep track of everyone and she was not always sure of where everyone was. She also provided very little information to us. Not sure I would reccomend this one again. The 2nd portion of the trip was fantastic and our tour guide absolutely wonderful. She had lots of information to share about Holland, the Hague and Delft. She defintely made up for our morning excursion. So please make note, the 4 star is for the afternoon portion not the morning portion at all.

The London Pass is defintely the way to go when you are wanting to visit various museums and sites. It was well worth it.

It was so great to have this service when we just got off a very long and stressful flight. Our drive Azid was fantastic. I would use this service again and highly recommend it for anyone not wanting to drive through London traffice.
