Jeff our tour guide was fantastic at entertaining everyone on the 2 hour train ride down to Salzburg. He was knowledgeable about the history of the city and showed us the best places to go for local cuisine.

Tour was good value but I would skip the lunch at the pre-arranged hotel at Neuschwanstein. Food was over priced and rather ordinary. €8 for a cheese sandwich for a child. Time could be better used wandering the village before walking up the hill to the castle. Lots of walking, steep hill and stairs
