My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We booked it on the internet before leaving Australia. The driver and tour guide were good and picked us up, and dropped us off, at our hotel in Dubrovnik at the nominated times.
The visits to each of the main towns and sites were well timed and allowed sufficient time to see the main sites. The guide's restaurant recommendation for lunch was superb - it was a great value for money, fish restaurant on the waterfront that had excellent service, great food and a great view of the old city wall of Budva. As an 11 to 12 hour road trip it is a little longer than most day trips, it is not unreasonable for this trip when you have to consider that it does take some time to get from Dubrovnik and you do waste some time at the border when passports are checked on both sides. Never the less, it is definitely worth the time to see the countryside and cities of Montenegro - it offers a nice contrast to what you see in Dubrovnik. It is a trip we would recommend to others and it was very good value compared to other day trips we have been on in Europe and elsewhere.
It was as promoted.
