Easy to book tickets on line. Bus stop conveniently located outside cental station. Good tour but the sound systems did not always work well. Slight confusion over the stop for the canal trip but sorted that out. Good frequent bus service to allow for getting on and off without waiting too long. Overall very satisfied. This is the third use of this compant this year indifferent parts of the world.

This compilation ticket offered very good value for money. We could only use it for 2 days but saw nearly all the attractions. Some bus commentators were better than others and we did find that looking for some of the stops was difficult. At some stops there were staff in uniform to help. It was worth buying this ticket especially if you needed a quick overall view of NY.

This was a good way to see the city and take in most of the usual tourist attractions. The downside was that on the map the route was all around the edge of the city and did not cut through the centre. This meant a lot of walking to see many of the sights. Commentary was good if a little repetitious as all the guides must have used the same script.
