We were picked up on time and journey took about 45 mins from Times square area to JFK. NB we had to change our pick up date twice due to cancelled flights in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and there was no problem doing this

Great way to learn about Manhattan and the other areas of New York such as Brooklyn. Guide was very knowledgeable. Like the northern end of Manhattan Island when rejoining the Hudson as the Fall colours were beautiful.

Transfer wait time at airport was not too long, but had an issue with the driver coming back to our hotel room shortly after dropping us off to collect payment. We advised we had prepaid and he eventually left after a heated discussion!
