Excellent service. Clean, reliable and safe. 5 star. Only drawback is the need to ring to confirm pickup times from hotels. An SMS would be easier when you are travelling and sightseeing often arriving late at night etc. Perhaps a message left at reception would also suffice.

Great day trip - weather was wet and miserable but venues great. A little extra time through the Leeds Castle would have been better. Dover - more time needed here if weather nicer. We did not realise we had to make our own way back to the hotel after the tour which was a little disconcerting.

Great to have a driver waiting for you as you come through arrival hall, tired and weary. We have tried the Express previously but this is so ideal. Driver courteous, vehicle first class and safe. Highly recommend.

Great day - well recommend this tour if you only have a little time to see some English country side.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable which added to the experience. Warwick Castle has a lot of narrow winding stairs so one needs to be reasonably fit.
We did not realise that we would not be dropped back at our hotel of departure though.
