The primary problem with the Copenhagen Card is the number of discounts and freebies are so many, it becomes overwhelming. But, I had a major problem that was specific to my dates of travel. My main purpose was to use free public transport on three specific days. My inteded bus routes were shut down or curtailed on all three of those days due to: Saturday Carnival Parade (Gay and Lesbian Rights), Sunday, World Class Marathon Race, Monday, National Holiday. The confluence of the long week end meant I either could not get freebie public transport to my intended freebie activity and or the intended activity was closed for that day

Guests joining this tour in Malaga are confronted with a serious negative. Apart from collecting the ticket upon boarding, the guide did not say one word (not even good morning) for about 1.5 hours while the bus picked up more guests at various sea coast towns. The return trip was much the same. So fthe day began and ended with 3 hours of silence. It would have been wonderful to hear a little history aboput the small Costa del Sol towns we were visiting but that was not the case. The guide did the bare bones minimum he had to do and that was it.
