He was on time, and the ride was uneventful

Great tour, well organized. Our guide was very knowledgeable, throughout the 3 hour van ride, and made the trip pleasant. Once we were in Florence, the audio equipment for the local tour had a lot of interference, and it was hard to listen.
The tour besides that was well organized. dinner was elicits and the entry to the museum went smoothly.

The meeting point location is confusing and extremely crowded and disorganized. We made a line for 30min just to get our names checked. Because of the delay in the line, our tour
departed without us, and we were charged a 15 euro fee per person to reschedule at a later date. We started the tour 3 hours late all because of the disorganization of the local company. Once the tour started, our guide (Marco) was very knowledgeable and the tour was excellent. It is a shame that the experience was overshadowed by the lack of clear instructions and poor organization of the staff at
the meeting point prior to the tour.

Excellent, our guide (Chiara) was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and made the tour a fun, worthwhile experience, even in the rain.

Arrived on time, was polite and nice

Nobody was waiting for us at the airport. I had to call. Some passengers were waiting for over 40 min waiting in the office in the airport for the driver. Not only were we waiting, but the driver not only did not apologize, but said that both our flights ( two different fights) arrived early, which was not true.

Excellent tour, a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and make sure you are rested. Our guide was excellent, very nice and through.

Poor audio when in water, could not hear the guide. The water prtion did not go to the tower of London or tower bridge which was disappointing. I do not recommend.
