The visit to Kensington Palace was a major disappointment. The areas available for the public were very limited and you could see what was displayed in about 20 minutes, Compared to other sites of interest , I would not bother with this.

The description of this tour was very misleading. After a brief time sailing on the Seine, the majority of the tour was going through a series of locks. The guide was supposed to be speaking English but was very difficult to understand and there was little of interest on the canals, Finally, at the end of the tour we were dropped off in an obscure location at the opposite side of Paris and had little understanding of how to return to where we started. The guide was not helpful and just told us to walk straight and we would find out how to get back. We ended up having to take the subway which was a bit intimidating for us as first time travelers to Paris. I would not rcomeend this tour
