Excellent tour; very informative.  The tour guide, Robert, was fantastic.  He made the tour really interesting.  He's a great teacher.   You can tell that he loves his job.

Excellent tour.  Francesca was our guide.  She's very knowledgable and interesting.  Skip the line is the way to go.  If you are going in the summer, you may want to think twice.  We were there in July and it was extemely hot.  The air-conditioning is not what we are used to in the USA.
