The service in general was very, very good, the tour guide was a charming girl from Alabama and she has strong legs that put us right on the first row! The only problem was fighting the Chinese who advanced to the front row with Mao Tse Dong flag in hand and yelling and pushing, as usual, of course not the company's fault. I truly recommend their services, as well as their Vatican Museums and Basilica.

Very good, you don't get to see the Vatican Museums but I understand their point, which is taking you through all the Raphael rooms and then to the Sistine Chapel which, by the way, looked like Times Square on New Year's Eve, disrespectful tourists taking flash pictures and pushing to take them too, pretty gross. But the services of the company itself were very good, well organized and punctual, the tour guide was a real charmer.
