The tour is very guest fridendly and connect all the main attraction sites that we planed to visit. There are pre-recorded guide in 6 difference languages for you to choose to listen to through ear piece while the bus passing by those notiable places. It was raining when we visited Milan on August 30 2012. The first bus that we hoped on have open top without any cover so we had to hold umbrellas since we did not want to sit at the bottom floor. Fortunitely, the second bus we took did have the see-through cover so was good to sightseen Milan under the rain without too much trouble. Overall, it is good experience and good value for using the city HOHO tour.
It is actually two separate tours in one days. We got the guide whose English is bit of hard to understand which made the our morning walking tour kind of boring. The walking tour ended around 1:00 pm. We enjoyed the break between the two tours so that we can grab something to eat for lunch and rest at San Marks square while doing some people watching. We were much more enjoying the boat tour in the afternoon. It gave us the opportunity to experience the grand canal. The guide we had is very good at pointing out all the interesting buildings along the canal and give us the backgroud and stories. Overall, the tour is well origanized.
Wonderful tour, professional and very engaging guid who brought the arts to life. Highly recommaned!
