Our tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. Very busy and crowded. Did not complete the tour as we lost sight of our guide after the Sistine Chapel as she did not go in with us. Returned our receivers to the office and it was closed at 3:15 pm. left them in the door . Didn't get to tour St. Peter's Basilica. Didn't like the idea of the long explanation of the art in the chapel before entering the MAD house. Security guards yelling , people pushing, dark room....very disappointed .will not recommend.
