This was a good day trip - covered a lot of ground and gave some really interesting history and info on the places visited. Cover a good amount of things in a day, stress-free in a comfy coach. A good balance between structured tour and free time. Michelle was an excellent guide, clearly passionate about the region and full of knowledge, and lovely to boot. The winery tour and lunch felt very rushed - perhaps a necessary evil when so much is being covered in one day, but it would have been nice to have a more relaxed lunch and wine tasting. Overall I'd recommend it as a good way of seeing some truly beautiful parts of Tuscany. (As a side note, I went as a solo traveller and was the only one, everyone else in pairs. Just worth noting!)
Fantastic tour - highly recommend! Gave a good insight into the history of this amazing city, and took in many of the major sites with lots of fascinating info. Patrizia was the perfect guide - her passion for Florence is infectious! Obviously, skipping the line for the Duomo and Galleria dell'Accademia is brilliant. I did this walking tour on my first morning in Florence, it was the perfect start, gave me a feel for the city and really set the scene for me getting the most out of my 3-day visit. I feel in love with Florence and I think this tour paved the way for an excellent visit!
