Our trip was very enjoyable. We were especially glad to be picked up at our hotel, BUT, very dissapointed when the tour ended, and we were left downtown. Luckily we met some folks who helped us make the trip back by the train. The weather was not the best for Lucerne, but we had a partly sunny sky when we got to the top of Mt Titlis, that portion was excellent. The tour guides were very good.

Katrina was excellent. She was very helpful, mad a few extra stops for pictures, and was able to get thru Cannes in great time, even though the file festival was getting ready to open in 3 days. We will use Viatour for future trips. Thank you
