I really enjoyed my trip with my Mom. My mom said it was the best one with Viator that she has ever been on. Allen, our guide, was funny, informative and accommodating. We unfortunately did not get to do some things due to a snafu that was not anyone's fault (just a language barrier), but other than that it was fun. I would suggest this trip for anyone looking to do a day trip. Just one thing I would suggest.... instead of doing the wine tasting at 10.00, that should be the last stop. That way people are relaxed and you have more time to browse for a potential wine - if you choose.

This was an excellent trip. Despite the rain, Gerry, our guide was a wealth of information and took us to the less visited sites.

The first day my trip was scheduled, the driver never showed up. The Italian agent I spoke with was very rude. The next day was much better and I actually enjoyed myself. I think we could have done without Naples. I actually asked if I could change my tour to the Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius, but was told they do not have the tour even though i saw it on the site. I am not sure if I will use Viator again as they are not consistent... At least not that I could see.
