Las Vegas, Nevada
Slightly disappointing. Unlike the UK production the cast only sang parts of the songs and it was only in the last part of the show when things really got going and the full length songs were sung. We nearly left at the interval and some people did - the theatre was not full. The previous night we had seen an Australian group, Human Nature, at the Palazzo singing all the Smokey Robinson Motown hits and that was a truly fabulous evening with the audience on their feet most of the time.
Las Vegas, Nevada
Fan - tas- tic. Everything was so well organised and after a Limo pick up from our hotel we were taken to Las Vegas airport and were given a safety briefing. We then had photos by the helicopter and climbed on board. We had a truly fantastic trip out to the Canyon viewing lovely scenery which also Joshua trees, Boulder City,Hoover Dam and Lake Mead, then landed in the Canyon for a very nice champagne lunch. Plenty of opportunities for photos there.then back again and over the Las Vegas strip spotting all the fabulous hotels. Commentary was recorded but Bob our pilot interspersed it with interesting anecdotes and history. My friend and I sat in the front next to the pilot going out and had wonderful views. On the return jouney we swopped around but still had great views from the back seats and were not cramped at all. There are six passengers and the pilot. On our return we bought the official photo of us which was well done and in a very nice frame. Then it was back to the limo for our return to the hotel. A truly wonderful experience ( and this was the second time I had done this trip in 10 years, but a first for my friend).
