The transfer arrived 30 minutes late but we still got to the airport in time for our flight. Good thing we budgeted enough time for the transfer from our apartment to the airport.
It is still recommendable to get private departure transfer especially if you have heavy luggage.
The driver was friendly.

The Sea Life London Aquarium is a good place to see specially if you have kids with you. But I do not recommend doing the VIP Behind the Scenes Tour.

The driver was on time and we did not have a hard time looking for him. He was right outside the arrival area holding a VIATOR card with our names.
We recommend that you get private arrival transfer especially if you have luggage and its your first time to be in London (just like us).
