Skip the Line: Eiffel Tower Tickets and Small-Group Tour
Paris, France
My Rating

The skip the line tour was worth absolutely every penny! The line for the lifts was enormous and probably would have taken 4-5 hours to get through! Our guide, Kaycie, was easy to find, and started off with information about the tower and its conception at the base. We walked right past the huge line, and got up to the 2nd floor in minutes, Our tour continued with Kaycie pointing out points of interest and giving us a bit of history. Really informative and the view was just fantastic! We did have to wait a bit to get up to the summit, but really not very long. The sunset was juts a spectacular thing to witness, and being on the top of the tower as it lit up was really something I will remember forever. Thanks Viator!

Convenient way to get around town, easy to change buses, good accompanying audio guide, A more complete tour than Les Cars Rouges, which is what comes with the Paris Pass. I especially like being able to tour the Montmarte district!

Perfume Workshop in Paris
Paris, France
My Rating

This was such an amazing experience! The perfume studio is in a lovely part of town and the studio itself is housed in a chic Parisienne apartment. Mariana was a great host and taught us a lot about how to create a balance with your scent. We were able to make 3 scents and get one full sized bottle, with the option of purchasing additional bottles. I, of course, had to buy all 3, and all my friends back home in the States are so jealous and want to make their own perfumes! The experience in a whole was lovely, and I really loved the certificate diploma I received afterward, stating I am now an "Apprentice Perfumer"!

Paris City Segway Tour
Paris, France
My Rating

This was the MOST fun I've had on any vacation ever! I loved the Segway tour!! I am so glad I booked this for my 1st day in the city, as it was a great way to see the sights of the city. You could cover a ton of ground and it was so fun and exciting to zip around the city on the Segways. It was a little challenging at first to get your sense of balance, but once you got the hang of it, super fun! It was exhilarating and refreshing on such a warm day too. Our guide, Josh, was calm and patient with everyone and gave a great delivery of history at every stop. I had so much fun, I tried to check if I could do it again before I left. Absolutely highly recommended, you wont regret it!

Paris Pass

I bought the 6-day Paris Pass, and while it probably didn't actually save me any money, it did save a LOT of time being able to skip some very long lines and walk right into a lot of monuments and museums. You don't actually get a metro card, but enclosed metro tickets. Just pass them in and out of the validator every time you board the bus or metro, and you're good. Arc de Tromphe, Musee D'Orsay, and Centre Pompidou had quite a long line for tickets, so very convenient to bypass and just flash my pass. A trick for entrance to the Louvre - there are two stairwells to the right and left of the arch facing the Pyramid that leads you down into the Carousel du Louvre (shopping center) and you can literally walk right into the entrance. No lines!! Paris Pass pays for itself in its ease of use and convenience!
