Excellent tour guide that was really very helpful also with my luggage! He has great knowledge of the country which was really entertaining and very interesting!

The tour guide is very entertaining however English is very bad and sometimes treat the clients without respect.
His knowledge however is very good but for such a long tour there must be someone that speaks English much more better!

The tour guide was absolutely terrible!!
She read the whole tour from cards and her knowledge was not good at all.
Her English as well was very poor and there was difficulty in understanding her sometimes.
Very disappointing in not visiting the Lindt factory as this is a bit misleading on the website.
The boat tour was very good and relaxing.
