Very good, the guide was very informative and this is for you if you want to know the history of Venice. If you just want to see something, get a picture and move on then you're maybe better just going yourself.

Brilliant, just a wee short trip on the Grand Canal but it's the quieter side street type canals that are stunningly awesome. The Grand Canal's like a busy highway whereas the side ones are like a peaceful country road. The serenade was top notch too.
