When we arrived at Windsor Castle the tour guide purchased our tickets, but we had to wait in a line to go through security. The wait was approximately 40 minutes. By the time we got into the castle we only had 70 minutes to rush through Windsor. This included allowing 15 minutes to head back down to the bus. In actuality, we only had about 50 minutes in the Castle.

This tour is probably good if you have extra time to spend in Budapest; however, we were only in Budapest for 2 days and would have enjoyed the shopping at the market and sightseeing instead.

We went on this tour in mid October and the group tour turned out to be only my husband and myself. Our driver and guide, Stephen, did a wonderful job of explaining some things to us about the city. He also took us up to the top of the hill overlooking the city and it was gorgeous. The Hungarian restaurant we went to for dinner was full of ambience. The musical group played lots of music and came to each table to seranade us. It was a fun evening.

The tour to the Parliament House was interesting. After that we had another guide who did the city sightseeing tour; she was excellent and spoke such good English. She was knowledgeable and provided us with good information

Postojna Caves tour was somewhat interesting because we walked the actual inside of a cave throughout the entire tour. However, in my opinion,there was not that much information given about the cave. The Predjama Castle was impressive on the outside, but not much of anything to see on the inside.

The trip to Montenegro was alright. The lake scenery was nice but there was not much more to see or do there.

Mostar was worth going to, especially the guide who was full of historical information about its past and present. I would recommend this full day tour.

The tour guide was alright and gave us some information at the beginning of the tour about Croatia. But he did not give us much information about Ston or Korcula in terms of its history.

we had an excellent tour guide on the auschwitz-birkenau tour. She provided us with insight as to what the Jews had to go through during this devastating time. This tour is well worth seeing and hearing about.

On this group tour there were only 4 of us. The tour guide spoke quickly and softly and I could not hear nor understand what she was explaining about the Jewish quarters in Krakow. She also only spoke to one of the persons in the tour. I do not even think she introduced herself. By the time we got to the Wawel Castle I became too disinterested in whatever she had to say at that point about the castle. I flew to Poland to learn about the Jewish people still so many of them died during WWII and I believe this would have been a worthwhile tour had we a guide who spoke at an even pace and one who would speak to the whole group and not just to one, or two individuals.

This tour was alright.

The overall day trip was okay, however, we were picked up in an older bus and in the beginning of the trip the bus driver drove fast. The local guide in Girona was good and the Dali Museum was worth seeing.

The local guide was informative about giving us information about the city of Barcelona and the foods Catalonians eat.

The East to West hop on hop off bus was worth the price. We rode around on both lines and the commentary was informative.

We enjoyed the small group of people we travelled with in a van to Montserrat. The guide gave my husband and me lots of good history information. The cathedral was beautiful and the boy's choir sang like angles. The tour of Cava winery was fun and we would recommend this tour.

We were the first ones to be picked up at 5:20am. By the time everyone was picked up it was 7:30am. The bus driver drove safely and the hydrofoil to Tangier was overall smooth and comfortable except fo a little roughness before reaching Tangier. The guide made sure the group understood when and where we were all to meet and communicated clearly. The local guide in Tangier spoke well, but I feel we spent a little too much time seeing the old district of this city. The Moroccan lunch was delightful in a nice restaurant. However, we were than taken to a carpet factory and had to spend one hour waiting there, something we had no interest in doing. Others in the group seem to have the same sentiment. Because of this there was not much time to see other parts of Tangier.

The local guide at the Alhambra Palace was excellent. Although he had to speak in two languages, while he spoke in the other language we took pictures of the palace and garden. However, we were only given 20 minutes after the tour for lunch and we ended up rushing and eating our sandwiches while rushing back to the bus. Also, after this we were taken to the Granada town where we were rushed 3 blocks and "dropped off" in a department store to "shop". My husband and I ended up hanging around this store just to kill time until it was time to walk back to the bus. We could have better used this 75 minutes to have had a more leisurely lunch at the Alhambra Palace and than should have just returned to Costa del Sol an hour earlier.

Our tour guide Clara was so personable and helpful. She had to work so very hard speaking in 3 languages to our busload of 52 persons. The disadvantage about this tour company is that having to speak in 3 languages we were not given as much information as say a guide who only had to speak in English. Also, this tour company booked the busload at 2 different hotels in Rome and Venice and this required more time in pickups, dropoffs and especially in explaining what each group was supposed to do. The tour company should have separate tours for those staying at 3 star vs. 4 star hotels and should limit the languages to 2 , at most. However, our tour guide Clara was so good that she made the tour a wonderful one. For the money we visited lots of small towns as well as getting to see Florence and Venice. Thanks Clara.

This tour was organized and we didn't have to stand in line to buy tickets or get into the Vatican. Lots of information given and it was a very good idea having earphones to listen and follow with the guide.

We waited 25 minutes for the guide which was okay. But the walk to the shuttle was a little bit long considering we travelled over 24 hours from Hawaii to get to Rome. The shuttle van could not enter our hotel street because the land was too narrow, but the driver was very helpful in showing us how to get to our hotel. The ride was more comfortable than being in a taxicab and the price was very reasonable compared to taking a cab. Worth the 25 minute wait.

Our 4 day classical greece tour was quite good. Our guide Emilios was very clear and specific on his instructions on the what, when and where aspects of what our group was to expect and do. His communication skills were very clear and concise and the group proceeded without any problems or confusion. Emilios was also extremely informative and knowledgeable on his subject matter everywhere we visited. Our hotel accommodations were good and the rooms were spacious as compared with normal European hotel standards. An enjoyable 4 day tour.

Our tour guide did an excellent job of providing the information we needed to know, especially about the Acropolis. It was an enjoyable 5 hour tour.

We booked a full day tour of Normandy. However, since our regular guide just returned at midnight the night before from a private tour of Paris, we ended up having another guide in the morning and she returned us back to our hotel by noon; then we had to meet the regular guide at another location at 1:15pm. We ended up heading out towards Normandy twice in that same day. It certainly would have been better to have stayed out in Normandy once we rode there the first time.

This tour was pretty good. However, on Sunday, May 1...a major holiday in Paris, Monmartre was wall to wall people. It was too crowded but luckily the places we walked to was not anywhere as crowded as the Montmartre town.

This tour was disappointing for me. I expected more information about WWII in Paris.
