I loved riding along the canal to see beautiful Amsterdam. There were several different routes you could take depending on what you wanted to see which was nice. The boats ran pretty frequently. The staff on and off the boat were extremely helpful. The only negative would be that the boats did not run later. The lines stopped taking you back to the train station at 5:45PM.

I would not even give this one star. Complete waste of money. You are better off planning your own trip to London. A coach bus picked you up at the travel agency and took you to the train station in the morning, but did not pick you up when you returned at 10:30 at night, you had to find your own way back. Booking on your own would allow you to pick when you wanted to get into London and leave, allowing yourself more time. The Hop on Hop off company was not as good as the competitor. The bus only picks you up at the train station at 10,11 and 12, while the other company picks you up every 20 minutes. So if your train is late getting into London (which ours was) you have to wait an hour before you can get onto the bus to start sight seeing. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we had head sets which made it easier to hear her in the busy Louvre. Very pleased with this tour. Much better than trying to walk around the Louvre by yourself.

Great location of stops and easy to identify where the bus would pick you up at!

I absolutely LOVED this! We were lucky enough to have dinner on the Eiffel Tower. Dinner was somewhat rushed, we did not have our coffee after dessert because when you have dinner reservations at the restaurant, you get priority to get up the tower, but not back down, so in order to make the river cruise we had to walk down the steps, which were not that bad. Take it slowly! The cruise was alright, could have done with out it but it was relaxing and you did get to see Paris at night. Of course we did have to wait in line for the show, but you also have to do this in NYC! There was a show at 9pm and we went to the 11pm show so we had to wait for the 9pm people to leave and the staff clean up the theater before we could go in. Definitely not a big deal waiting and certainly did not ruin the experience because of it.
The seating in the show was tight, but we were in the back on the end so we just moved our seats once the show started. Champagne was enough for each person to get a glass, but the tour says a glass of champagne, not a bottle per person.
Overall, well worth the money!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and waited for everyone to take the kind of pictures they wanted. Very nice because we had headsets to hear her as well.
