Recommend upon arrival of a cruise line someone from Supershuttle direct people coming off the boat.

Although the cost of a cab, which we could have just jumped rigth in was only $25 for 2. We paid 27.50 for two and aggravation.

Will never use this again for both directions.

This was a terrbile experience. We exited the cruise lines and there was nothing. No signs, no indications or anything on where to go to get the shuttle. We were not alone in this. And when we did finally find the guy, nestled in some parking garage, it took forever to finally get one and get to the airport. Very happy I had a later flight or my vacation relaxation would have been right out the window. next time i will just take a cab, it was actually cheaper!

From the airport to the cruise port this service was excellent. Asked one person inthe airport where to find suppershuttle and we were directed to any of the exits. Gave our sheet to the guy and within 15 minutes we were on our way. Only issue was they squeezed 1 person too many into the van and it was a bit uncomfortable for 10 mins until someone was dropped off.
