My view of this experience was tarnished by the fact is was 45 minutes late starting and we were all left standing in the boiling hot sun! We enjoyed the trip but wouldn't do it again.

Had no problem changing our vouchers for tickets to the top of the rock, it was an excellent experience overall.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant from start to finish! Got wet, had an absolutely great time and would highly recommend it! Not for the faint hearted though and certainly not suitable for the elderly, frail, or pregnant! Don't sit at back of boat unless you want a complete drenching. Not to be missed. Well done Viator for having it on your itinerary!

Had to wait only a short time at JFK for transport to arrive and driver was pleasant and efficient. Having to share transportation with others made journey a bit longer that it would have been in an ordinary cab but everyone was friendly so the time sped by. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, AND WE BOOK ED IT AGAIN, FROM THE HOTEL, FOR OUR RETURN TRIP!

We chose this trip from options available when given a gift voucher for our 40th wedding anniversary, it was a fantastic, but slightly nerve wracking, experience. Viator kept us well informed of all details needed before the trip thus making it easy for us accessing it! We loved it, I mean REALLY loved it! The skipper was reassuring and the guide had lots of information to impart and was very amusing! I recommend it to all ages although it probably wouldn't be suitable for those who are particularly frail. Give it a go, we will repeat the experience another time. The only negative to report was that it was billed as an 80 minute trip and only lasted 60! What a thrill!

I was pleased with the information given to me beforehand so I knew what to expect! Our guide was absolutely GREAT even though initially I was a little concerned as he looked SO young and also dressed as if he had just serviced his car!!! It turned out to be a joy to spend time in his company. He was informative and managed to cope well with one of our fellow tour goers who was a VERY verbal American with a long suffering wife!!!!!! We had an excellent time, well worth the money, and I would go again. He had a personal boyish charm and an in-depth knowledge about the area. The lunch was smashing, he took us to a basic place to eat, full of atmosphere and wonderful food! Give it a try, I have a flat in London and have travelled widely taking many tours and this one certainly rates with the best.
