Very disappointed once again with this Tour Operator.
We were picked up 45minutes late after being told to be ready at 5.45am - not happy. We did not get to Orlando until 11am at which point we had transfer to the Space Centre in a small van in which there were not enough seats for all passengers and one passenger had to sit in the boot of the van. Our driver was a minimum of 20mph over the speed limit the whole time.
The actual tour of the Space Centre was great.
We did not get dropped off back to our hotel until 11.30pm.
Very long day.

The WORST tour we have done. We were not advised in advance that our tour was going to be in German as the first language and English as the second language. We would not have had a problem with this normally, except for the tour guide would spend over 5 minutes explaining each site in German and then provide a brief 20 second shorthand explanation in broken English.
Would not recommend booking with this Tour Operator.
The only good part of the tour was the Bay side cruise which was outsourced to another company.

We did a 7AM departure which was fantastic, good time of day to do the tour as it wasn't too hot in the canyon.
Everything ran smoothly and we were very happy with our tour choice.

Excellent tour we had a great driver/tour guide. Tour was small size and we were in a covered air conditioning bus and due to the small van we could go down some of the streets that the bigger tour buses can't

We drove around in circles at the LAX airport for about 30minutes while the driver tried to pick up more passengers before we could take off.
