I have been an independant traveler rarely taking tours, but you have converted me. From my last minute booking (website is great) to the lovely good bye from our tour conductor, it was a 5 star expierence. Very efficent and our tour conductor was very knowledgeable and professional, my compliments to youre entire team. For my next trip Viatour will be my first stop after booking my tickets.
