Rome Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

Since we're a group of six it's more convenient to book transport from airport to hotel in advance. I thought that our driver would be waiting for us but that was not the case. We have to go to a counter, present our voucher then our driver turned up. Since the vehicle could sit up to 8 people, we shared with 2 other passengers. I thought it was a bit pricey for the service we had.
