We had printed out emailed info from you before we left CT USA for our trip. We set our clocks at the hotel for 5AM to get to the Julia Travel office at 8AM as we were asked to do. We paid for a taxi to get us there on time. The Julia Travel was locked and closed. The bus did not come until 8:30AM. We waited one half hour for the tour to begin, some of the time on the street and some of the time inside the Julia Travel office . They opened the office begrudgingly to us because we were so upset. The Day Trip itself was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much.

This tour was terrific. The guide we had was very knowlegeable and well informed and just delightful.I am sorry that I cannot remember her name. She deserves a reward!

This is a good city service. The bus employees were rude and not very helpful or informative, despite our attempts to be nice to them and try to speak Spanish to them. But the bus service itself is good.
