Since our group of four included my 80-year-old mother, for whom this was the first trip to Italy, I wanted to ensure a smooth, stress-free transfer from the door of the hotel to the airport terminal. The service was perfect, convenient and helpful. In addition, we had wonderful final photo opportunities in Venice and along the entire route the airport. Spectacular service and gracious staff.
