I think there are better hop on hop off tours than this company, the weather was very hot and though other companies offered covered or semi- covered buses they did not, many of seats commentary devices were not working, no defined time for the stopover in each stop and it seems the stop is endless the staff were rude I saw them fighting with another traveler not recommended.

perfect , Siena , San Geminiano , Pisa are must do while you are in Italy , our tour guide Agatha was very nice and knowledgeable , the farm we visit was nice and lunch was ok

due to certain circumstances we could not catch the walking tour - but good map and defined itinerary through reading you can do it on your own - the grand canal cruise was perfect our tour guide was very nice highly recommended

perfect trip best thing is that we are on our own , Rigi Mountain views were perfect , the train ride and the boat ride were awesome Lucerene is very wonderful city even better than Zurich
